Though roasting process combines between both science and art, experience is the most crucial factor.

Our long experience enable us to match between coffee of different origins and various temperature levels besides roasting time which cause the expansion of the bean and determines it's color, taste, smell, density, aromas and finally the unique quality the final product will be.

The best way to describe roasting process is as the caramelaization of the natural sugar, fats and starch stored in the bean which will develop as exposed to temperature and release it's unique aromas and characteristics.
